If you need more Consignees than your plan allows, you can upgrade to the next plan, or subscribe to extra Consignee Slots at $2 per slot per month.
This way, your pricing stays simple: you only move up a tier if your business is genuinely growing its Consignee base.
A Product SKU Slot is the space you use to track a unique product in Consigna. Each SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) is one product variation — for example, a 10W LED Downlight in Warm White and a 10W LED Downlight in Cool White would count as two SKUs.
Every plan includes a set number of SKU slots:
Standard: 5 SKU slots
Business: 40 SKU slots
Enterprise: 400 SKU slots
If you need more… No problem. You can add unlimited extra SKUs at $1 per SKU per month. Your subscription updates automatically when you add new products, and you’ll see it clearly on your monthly invoice.
In short: you only pay for the SKUs you use, nothing more.
No. Consigna only supports upgrades, not downgrades.
This is to protect the integrity of your data and your consignment network. Downgrading would mean removing active Consignees and limiting functionality, which could disrupt your business operations.
